International Project Management Association
IPMA is a federation of about 70 Member Associations (MAs). The MAs develop project management competences in their geographic areas of influence, interacting with thousands of practitioners and developing relationships with corporations, government agencies, universities and colleges, as well as training organizations and consulting companies.
Project Management Association of Canada
Project Management Association of Canada (PMAC-AGPC) is Canada's official project management certification and standards-setting body.The PMAC-AGPC is composed of a series of governing bodies: General Assembly, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and an independently-governed Certification Body that has its own management boards. As the IPMA member association for Canada, the PMAC Board of Directors and its Executive Committee take direction from the IPMA Board on general association matters. The independent PMAC Certification Body takes its direction from the IPMA Certification Management Validation Board (CMVB).
Project Management Institute
The Project Management Institute (PMI) is a global nonprofit professional organization for project management. Its services include the development of standards, research, education, publication, networking-opportunities in local chapters, hosting conferences and training seminars, and providing accreditation in project management.
