Online media refers to social media content, and webpages or websites not considered in any of the other categories. It is important that you cite the original content that you found on the social media site.

Items in this category include:

  • Twitter profiles and tweets
  • Facebook page and posts
  • Instagram photo and highlights
  • LinkedIn forum posts
  • news websites without a print equivalent
  • other webpages and websites not categorized anywhere else, see Publication Manual 10.16
